Our client is a prestigious and well respected luxury residential developer that build eye catching new build developments, and also specialise in converting historic buildings into luxury residential developments, with projects ranging from 300 units up to 1,000 units. They currently build 500 units a year, and are looking to increase this in the next 2 years to 1,500 per year, already having the projects to create this number of new homes. The properties in each development range from £250K all the way up £30M, creating new homes for all aspects of the market, from first new homes and HA properties, up to super luxury prime developments.

They are looking for 3 Assistant Site Managers for a 420 unit new build RC frame residential project in Streatham, South West London. The successful candidates will join the project reporting into a Block Manager, with the view to eventually progress to through the ranks and manage their own blocks as No.1, and further progression to managing their own projects.
Every member of staff that joins the business is put onto a personal development plan, where members will agree what they want to achieve, with the goal for site staff being progression to running their own projects as a Project Manager.
Requirements for the role:
- First Aid
- Experience in running large RC frame developments & managing a large team
