Project Manager - West London Developer - £80,000 - £95,000 + full package
Our client are large London based residential developer that
complete 8 large RC frame residential led mixed use developments a year, and
have done for the past 25 years, prior to operating as a home counties
traditional build developer. They are known for specialising in urban
regeneration on brownfield sites, with properties being sold to the market at
an attainable price whilst maintaining a high quality product.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run a large RC frame mixed use residential led project in Ealing that consists of the demolition of the current structure, followed by the construction of one large “U” shaped block ranging from 4 up to 8 storeys, which includes an undercroft car park for 60 cars, ground floor commercial space, a basement plant room, electrical substation, and 125 residential apartments finishing with a stunning glass façade with stone pillars.. The project also includes large scale landscaping works including a central courtyard area, and a children’s play space.
The ideal candidate would be a Project Manager with a track record of completing volume residential schemes in London, with a history of seeing projects from initial stages through to delivery, able to manage programme, commercial and technical aspects of the build, along with the construction process. The right Project Manager will need to be a proven leader that can motivate staff to complete their work to a high standard, whilst maintaining health and safety.
The successful candidate would not just join the business to complete this one project, instead would join a business where they will the opportunity to deliver multiple projects, and join a path of personal development and progression.
