Our client are a large London based residential developer that complete 8 large RC frame residential led mixed use developments a year, and have done for the past 25 years, prior to operating as a home counties traditional build developer. They are known for specialising in urban regeneration on brownfield sites, with properties being sold to the market at an attainable price whilst maintaining a high quality product.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large team in the construction and delivery of a flagship 800 unit RC frame residential scheme up to 27 storeys in height over multiple blocks. The project will consist of apartments constructed for private sale, HA, shared ownership, and also rented apartments, with a mix of brick work, panelling and metsec; with units finished to a mix of 2 & 3 star specifications; all in Ealing, West London.
The ideal candidate would be a Senior/Project Manager with a track record of completing large volume residential schemes in London, with a history of seeing projects from initial stages through to delivery; able to build and manage programme, commercial and technical aspects of the build, along with the construction process. The right Project Manager will need to be a proven leader that can motivate staff to complete their work to a high standard, whilst maintaining health and safety.
Key experienced required:
· Extensive knowledge of RC frame construction & high rise tower construction
· Advanced knowledge of Asta programming
· Previous experience in installing District Heating Network Systems (DHN)
· Track record of delivering volume schemes from start to finish
· Strong leader that can drive a site team with a strong understanding of commercial and design
